Covid-19 Visitor Safety

Please Don’t Visit if Feeling Unwell

If you are unwell ahead of your visit, please do not attend the theatre, as doing so may place our team and other visitors at risk. If you have any symptoms of COVID, are awaiting a test result or have tested positive in the past fourteen days, please do not visit. The same applies if you live with someone / share a support bubble with someone who has exhibited symptoms, is awaiting a test result or has tested positive within the past fourteen days.

Face Covering

From the 27 January 2022 legal requirements for visitors to wear a face covering when visiting Indoor venues in England have been removed.

Enhanced Cleaning and Handwashing Stations

We have installed an array of hand sanitiser units throughout the theatre. Please use these to keep your hands clean during your visit. Toilet facilities are also available to wash your hands and are checked on a regular basis.

Our cleaning team will be rigorously sanitising the theatre throughout the day, cleaning all touchpoint surfaces and high used areas.

Money Back Guarantee

To make life simple, if you purchase tickets from us and you can’t make it for any of the reasons below, we will refund all or some of your tickets in full as requested or offer you a credit voucher or exchange if you would prefer.

  • You, anyone you live with or anyone in your party is displaying symptoms associated with COVID-19
  • You, anyone you live with or anyone in your party has tested positive for COVID-19
  • You, anyone you live with or anyone in your party has been asked to isolate as part of the governments Test & Trace system
  • A local lockdown restricting your travel to the performance

All refunds, credit vouchers and exchanges are subject to our normal terms and conditions. We might ask you to provide us with evidence to support your request – for example, your track and trace notification.

Access Requirements

We understand that COVID has changed the world we live in but we would like to assure all of our patrons that disabled access continues to be our top priority. When visiting the theatre disabled patrons will continue to enjoy the same level of access as before

If you do have specific access requirements and this is your first time booking we would always suggest contacting our box office team who can assist with your visit.

You can find more information around access and how we can help on our website here

Card and Contactless Payments

To minimise contact between our team and visitors, we are now accepting card and contactless payments at our box office and bars. We are still accepting cash payments but we would request that customers pay using contactless where possible to help reduce contact.

We accept all major card providers, including Apple/Android Pay
