The local train service from London Euston is served by London Midland. You can find travel information from the London Northwestern Railway website or from the National Rail website. The Old Town Hall is approximately two and a half miles from the train station. Buses 500 (travelling towards Watford) and 4 go from the train station to the town centre. There is a taxi rank at the station and fares average £6 although please discuss this with the driver before travelling.
By car
Car parking is available in the High Street Car Park and is free after 6pm. More information about local car parks and charges can be found at www.dacorum.gov.uk. There are also some parking bays on the High Street which are available after 6pm and four disabled parking spaces on St Mary's Close. The Old Town can be very busy, especially in the evenings so we advise you leave plenty of time for your journey and parking.
